The Aventon Level 4 ADV Step-Through is a premium commuter ebike designed for riders who want smooth power, advanced technology, and everyday comfort. With its step-through frame, mid-drive motor, long range, suspension, and smart security features, it is built for daily commuting, city riding, weekend fitness rides, and longer adventures.
Motor and Performance: Equipped with Aventon’s Ultro S mid-drive motor, the Level 4 ADV delivers 100Nm of torque and up to 750W peak power. The mid-drive system gives the bike a more natural and refined pedaling feel, especially on hills, longer rides, and varied terrain. It comes as a Class 1 ebike with pedal assist up to 20 MPH, but it can be unlocked to reach up to 28 MPH with pedal assist.
Battery and Range: The removable 36V, 20Ah, 800Wh lithium-ion battery uses Samsung 21700 cells and provides up to 110 miles of range. The keyless removable battery system makes charging and battery access more convenient for daily use.
Smart Technology and Connectivity: The Level 4 ADV includes Aventon’s advanced smart features, including Ride Tune customization, 4G/GPS tracking, E-Shift, Autoshift, Uphill Start Assist, Hold Mode, remote notifications, and Apple Watch connection. Riders can fine-tune pedal assist, pedal response, and torque settings through Aventon’s smart system.
Security Features: Built-in smart security helps protect the bike with 4G/GPS real-time tracking, integrated E-lock, unusual activity detection, remote notifications, and an integrated rear wheel lock. These features give riders more confidence when parking or storing the bike.
Comfort and Design: Designed for commuting comfort, the Level 4 ADV features a step-through 6061 aluminum frame, rider-friendly geometry, an adjustable stem, Aventon lock-on grips, a comfortable Aventon saddle, and a suspension seatpost with 50mm of travel. The step-through frame makes it easier to get on and off the bike.
Suspension and Ride Control: The bike includes a 100mm travel suspension fork with preload adjustment and lockout, plus a suspension seatpost to help absorb road vibration and bumps. This makes the Level 4 ADV more comfortable for longer commutes, uneven pavement, and everyday riding.
Braking and Safety: Tektro hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm rotors provide strong and controlled stopping power. Integrated front and rear lights improve visibility, while the bike’s commuter-ready design helps riders feel safer on busy streets and bike paths.
Drivetrain and Ride Feel: The Shimano CUES 10-speed drivetrain works together with Aventon’s E-Shifter and Autoshift technology to create a smooth, efficient ride. Autoshift helps adjust shifting automatically, making the bike easier to ride without constantly thinking about gears.
Utility and Everyday Features: The Level 4 ADV comes equipped with an integrated rear rack, fenders, and integrated lights, making it ready for commuting, errands, and all-weather daily use.
Throttle Compatibility: The Level 4 ADV does not include a throttle out of the box, but it is throttle-compatible. A throttle can be purchased separately and installed to convert the bike to a Class 2 ebike.
